Medium Size Perlite
Perlite advantages
- Its sterile nature makes it highly suitable for starting seeds. There is little risk of root rot or damping off.
- Naturally contains minerals needed for plant growth.
- A non-toxic substance that doesn’t require rinsing like some other growing media does prior to use.
- Neutral pH doesn’t need to be adjusted, nor will it adjust the overall pH when mixed with other components.
- It can be used alone or mixed with other media to create potting mixes.
- Great for seedling germination or plant propagation as the particles allow for plants to be pulled from the perlite without damage to the root systems when it’s time for transplanting.
- Reusable year after year since it doesn’t decompose.
Melamine Powder
Such resins are characteristically durable thermosetting plastic used in high pressure decorative laminates such as Formica, melamine dinnerware including cooking utensils, plates, plastic products. Melamine also is used in the fabrication of melamine polysulfonate, used as a superplasticizer for making high-resistance concrete. Also Melamine can be used in decorative panels , paper industry , coatings , molding powder and used as NAUF for hot pressing veneers.
Melamine has white crystalline powder shape , with the purity above 99% other chemicals names are 1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-triamido, molecular weight:126.12g/mol and its PH value can be between 7.5-9.5
Melamine Urea Formaldehyde Adhesives
Melamine urea-formaldehyde (MUF) resins and adhesives produced by a condensation reaction between melamine, urea, and formaldehyde, possess better water resistance properties than Urea Formaldehyde. They are increasingly used in exterior applications that are more susceptible to moisture.
A complex, interlinked polymer that cures to a clear, hard, chemically resistant resin, melamine formaldehyde is employed in plywood and particleboard adhesives, laminated countertops and tabletops, dishwasher-safe tableware, and automotive surface coatings.
Melamine-urea-formaldehydes are more resistant to moist environments than are Urea Formaldehyde resins. MF and MUF resins are used for scarf jointing of plywood and end jointing of structural lumber that can be used in protected exterior exposure. In addition, these resins are used for bonding low- and high-pressure laminates and overlays.
Metallic Bonding Powder Coating
Metallic Bonding Powder Coating is formulated using high-purity polyester or hybrid resins, metallic effect pigments such as aluminum, copper, bronze, stainless-steel flakes, bonding agents, flow modifiers, anti-yellowing stabilizers, UV absorbers, antioxidants, and texture enhancers, the coating delivers bright, clean, and controlled metallic shine. Methanol
Methanol has a role as an amphiprotic solvent, a fuel, a human metabolite, an Escherichia coli metabolite, a mouse metabolite and a Mycoplasma genitalium metabolite. Methanol and its derivative products such as ascetic acid and formaldehyde created via chemical reactions are used as base materials in acrylic plastic; synthetic fabrics and fibers . Methanol is an excellent solvent for many organic compounds, making it useful in paints, varnishes, and paint thinners.
Methoxy Propyl Acetate
With its balanced chemical profile, Methoxy Propyl Acetate supports both performance efficiency and environmental compliance. Methoxy Propyl Acetate is available in several grades, including industrial grade, electronic grade, and high-purity grade for sensitive applications. It is extensively used as a solvent and co-solvent in automotive and industrial coatings, wood finishes, printing inks, varnishes, adhesives, sealants, and electronic cleaning formulations. Chemically, it is an acetate ester of methoxy propanol, offering strong solvency for acrylic, epoxy, polyurethane, polyester, and nitrocellulose resins. Key technical properties include a medium evaporation rate, high boiling point, low viscosity, good flash point, excellent flow and leveling behavior, and strong compatibility with both polar and non-polar solvents. It also contributes to reduced surface defects, improved film formation, and enhanced gloss in high-quality coating systems.
