Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Hot Melt Adhesives

Ethylene promotes adhesion to non-polar substrates such as polyethylene, and provides mechanical strength, block resistance, and paraffin solubility. Vinyl acetate, on the other hand, promotes adhesion to polar substrates such as paper, and provides flexibility, adhesion, and better low-temperature performance. EVA adhesives bond to the broadest range of substrates, function in one of the widest temperature range for hot melt adhesives, and they are very affordable. EVA hot melt adhesives generally require an application, or melting temperature of 350 degrees F, and have a wide viscosity range of between 900-3,000 cPs. EVA adhesives can function in temperatures as low as -40 degrees F and as high as 160 degrees F, depending on the formulation.

Because of their versatility, dependability, and durability, EVA hot melt adhesives are used in industries including the paper, woodworking, assembly, and automotive industries, and  the industry most frequently utilizing EVA hot melt adhesives, is the packaging industry. EVA adhesives are specifically formulated to adhere to waxes, paper, paper stock, and various aqueous coatings. For this reason, they are ideal for use in the packaging industries   including, but are not limited to paper/card stock boxes, package labeling, carton sealing, assembly, and paper conversion. EVA hot melt adhesives generally do not use water or solvents to acquire their adhesive properties, which allows them to set very quickly, have a long shelf life and perform well in a wide range of temperatures.

Eye Bolt

The circular loop at one end is designed for attaching ropes, cables, chains, or other hardware. The other end of the bolt is threaded to allow it to be screwed into a pre-drilled or tapped hole. Eye bolts are typically made of steel or stainless steel, chosen based on the application and environment. Eye bolts are essential for creating anchor points in lifting and rigging applications, allowing for the secure attachment of lifting slings and other hardware. They are used to secure and tension ropes, cables, or chains in rigging setups, such as those used for scaffolding or temporary structures. Eye bolts can be used to pull or push loads, providing a connection point for pulling cables or ropes. Eye bolts are used extensively in marine applications, such as securing mooring lines, attaching rigging to boats, or for other anchoring and towing purposes.

Fabric Art Paint

The pigments used in a paint can be derived from natural sources, such as minerals and plants, or they can be synthesized chemically in a laboratory. The binder holds the pigments together to help the paint adhere to the painted surface. Other ingredients, such as solvents that adjust the paint’s consistency or additives that improve its performance or durability, may also be added to the mixture. Fabric paint is a type of paint specifically formulated for use on fabric. It is often used to decorate clothing, accessories, and other textile items and is available in a wide range of colors and finishes, including matte, satin, and metallic.
