Acetoxy Cure Silicone Sealants

Alkyd Sealer

Alkyd Sealers are available in short-oil, medium-oil, and long-oil alkyd types, as well as air-drying and modified alkyd systems to enhance drying speed and hardness. Typical applications include wood and MDF panels, metal surfaces, structural steel, concrete substrates, doors, furniture, and general industrial maintenance painting. The main ingredients of alkyd sealers consist of alkyd resins, organic solvents, drying oils, driers (cobalt, calcium, zirconium), and flow and leveling additives. Key advantages include good adhesion, excellent wetting of porous surfaces, easy brush, roller, or spray application, smooth film formation, and compatibility with alkyd, synthetic enamel, and certain polyurethane topcoats.

Allen Bolt (Socket Head Cap Screw)

They are twisted using a hexagon-shaped key, also known as Allen wrenches, hex-key wrenches, or hex keys. In circumstances where there is not enough clearance to utilize a fastener with an exterior hexagon head, socket head cap screws are frequently used.   • dilution, in case product comes in contact with eyes after running off the top of the head with minimal further dilution.
  • adjusting pH to that of “non-stress tears”, approximately 7, which may be a higher pH than that of shampoos which are pH adjusted for skin or hair effects, and lower than that of shampoo made of soap.
