PVC Suspension S-57

PVC S-57 is especially suitable for flexible PVC formulations and cost-effective manufacturing. Commercial PVC Suspension S-57 is available in standard and customized grades optimized for compounding, extrusion, injection molding, and calendaring processes. Typical applications include soft films, artificial leather, flexible sheets, cables and wire insulation, hoses, flooring, footwear components, toys, and various consumer and industrial products. The resin consists of high-purity PVC particles with controlled porosity, allowing efficient uptake of plasticizers, stabilizers, lubricants, and processing aids. Key technical properties include a K-value around 57, low volatile content, stable bulk density, good thermal stability, and excellent electrical insulation performance. PVC S-57 provides good chemical resistance, flexibility, and dimensional stability, making it suitable for long-term indoor and selected outdoor applications.
