Our nickel powder is available in several commercial types, including carbonyl nickel powder, atomized nickel powder, electrolytic nickel powder, and ultra-fine grades for precision applications. Typical purity levels range from 99.5% to 99.9% Ni, with controlled particle size distribution and low impurity content. Nickel powder is extensively used in powder metallurgy, rechargeable batteries, catalysts, conductive pastes, and electronic components. It is also a key raw material for superalloys, stainless steel production, thermal spray coatings, and additive manufacturing processes. Due to its excellent oxidation resistance and mechanical strength, it performs reliably in high-temperature and corrosive environments. Available particle morphologies include spherical, spiky, and irregular forms to suit different processing methods.
