Polyurethane Sandwich Panel

Polyurethane sandwich panels consist of two metal facings bonded to a rigid polyurethane (PU) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulating core, offering excellent thermal performance and low thermal conductivity. Key features include high insulation value, moisture resistance, airtightness, corrosion resistance, and lightweight structure. Panels are available in various commercial grades for wall, roof, and cold room applications, with standard widths of 1,000 mm and lengths up to 12,000 mm or customized. Thickness options typically range from 30 mm to 200 mm to meet different insulation and structural requirements. Metal facings are commonly pre-painted galvanized steel, aluminum, or stainless steel, with coating options such as polyester, PVDF, or food-grade finishes. Panels are available in multiple colors and surface profiles, including smooth, ribbed, and micro-ribbed designs. Fire performance classifications include PIR fire-retardant grades meeting B1 and B-s2-d0 standards. Tongue-and-groove or cam-lock joint systems ensure fast installation, airtight sealing, and excellent load-bearing performance.
