Additional additives such as graphite, ceramic powder, or zirconia may be integrated for premium abrasive grades.

Urea Fertilizer

Produced by reacting ammonia with carbon dioxide under high pressure, Urea (CO(NH₂)₂) contains approximately 46% nitrogen — the highest among solid nitrogenous fertilizers. It comes in different types such as prilled urea and granular urea, suitable for diverse agricultural and industrial applications. Urea can be applied directly to the soil, blended with other fertilizers, or used in foliar sprays. It supports a wide range of crops including cereals, rice, corn, sugarcane, vegetables, and fruits. Its purity and particle uniformity make it compatible with mechanical spreaders and irrigation systems.

Urea-Formaldehyde Glue

The UF resin is used by the forest products industry in the production of particleboard (61%), medium-density fiberboard (27%), and hardwood plywood (5%), and it is used as a laminating adhesive (7%) for bonding furniture overlays to panels and for interior flush doors.

The major use of UF resins by the forest products industry is due to a number of advantages, including low cost, ease of use under a wide variety of curing conditions, low cure temperatures, water solubility, resistance to microorganisms, hardness, excellent thermal proper- ties, and lack of color of the cured resin.

This glue blends well with the wood without the glue lines because it is typically beige. Color, from light brown to beige. In warm temperatures, it will also not deform or crawl.

Urethane Modified Alkyd Top Coat

It is an ideal choice for industrial and commercial projects requiring reliable performance and attractive appearance.  Urethane modified alkyd top coat is formulated by incorporating urethane groups into the alkyd resin backbone, resulting in superior adhesion, flexibility, and mechanical strength. The cured film offers enhanced resistance to abrasion, moisture, oils, and atmospheric exposure. Compared to standard alkyd coatings, it shows improved drying speed, better hardness development, and stronger resistance to wear. Excellent flow and leveling ensure smooth, uniform finishes when applied by spray, roller, or brush over properly prepared substrates.

Utility Tractor

They work with many implements and attachments like mowers, tillers, and loaders. You can get them with manual, automatic, or hydrostatic transmissions. Also, you can choose between open station or enclosed cab configurations. They can do many tasks, from planting to harvesting. Also, they are great for mowing, tilling, and grading because they can use a lot of different attachments. Because of this, they are very important for farming, landscaping, and light construction.

How they are used

  • Plowing through tough soil
  • Cultivating fields
  • Mowing large yards and gardens
  • Digging trenches
  • Transporting piles of dirt or gravel
  • Grading large fields & Hauling heavy loads

UV Cure Acrylic Resin

They offer outstanding scratch resistance, chemical durability, surface hardness, and high gloss retention while maintaining excellent transparency and leveling. Formulated for eco-friendly coatings, UV-cured acrylic systems contain little to zero VOC, support 100% solid formulations, and deliver exceptional productivity in continuous industrial processes. Their rapid curing chemistry produces dense cross-linked polymer networks with superior abrasion resistance, solvent resistance, and thermal stability. Resin grades can be tailored for flexibility, hardness, adhesion, matte or gloss finish, depending on end-use requirements. They are ideal for companies aiming to improve throughput, reduce energy usage, and achieve premium surface performance in modern UV-curable coating and ink technologies.

UV Light Stabilizer Masterbatch

Sunlight along with heat and oxygen induces degradation in plastic products, causing detrimental effects on their mechanical, optical and physical properties. The result is breakage, chalking and discoloration. Using UV light stabilizer masterbatches can improve Long-term polymer protection , Absorption of harmful UV radiation. Innovative and high quality   UV Stabilizer Additive Masterbatches are available  to overcome this problem and prolong the life and utility of plastic products. UV light stabilizer masterbatches can be used for producing Cables and Wires , Water tank , packaging ,  plastic yarns , films , plastic woven and non woven  , Plastic furniture ,Automotive molded parts and so many others

UV Resistant Epoxy Powder Coating

Produced using modified epoxy resins, UV-stabilizing additives, HALS light stabilizers, weather-resistant pigments, anti-oxidation agents, and high-efficiency curing systems, this coating creates a strong, highly cross-linked film that maintains gloss retention and structural integrity under outdoor use. Its enhanced chemical resistance and robust adhesion make it suitable for industrial, architectural, and marine environments.

UV Resistant Epoxy Powder Coating is widely applied on outdoor machinery, metal fences, power equipment, HVAC housings, agricultural tools, pipelines, railings, automotive parts, marine accessories, and construction components exposed to continuous sunlight. It is also ideal for export markets that require durable coatings for desert, tropical, and high-UV climates.

The optimized molecular design of UV-Stabilized PE compounds ensures excellent processing behavior in extrusion, blow molding, and rotational molding applications. These specialized PE materials provide outstanding long-term outdoor durability, excellent crack resistance, and superior environmental stress-crack resistance (ESCR). Their enhanced thermal stability and oxidative resistance prevent material breakdown when exposed to continuous UV radiation or fluctuating weather climates. With stable rheology and consistent melt flow, the compounds ensure smooth surface finish, uniform color distribution, and reliable manufacturability across large-scale production.

Vacuum Pressure Impregnated Transformer (VPI)

Vacuum pressure impregnated (VPI) transformers are vacuum pressure impregnated with a high temperature polyester varnish. These transformers provide an impeccable mechanical and short circuit strength so as to favour a number of commercial and industrial applications. They considerably reduce the risk of explosion or dangers of fire in the industry, apart from eliminating other issues like liquid leaks in the containers. The windings of the vacuum pressure impregnated transformers are made in disks, which enables them to efficiently regulate the voltage of multiple electrical appliances.

A VPI is suitable for outdoor installations, seismic events, and temperature fluctuations because it has a robust construction, a moisture-resistant enclosure, and a low thermal expansion coefficient. It also has easy maintenance, low fire risk, and high resistance to short circuit currents.
A VPI is available in ratings from 5 kVA to 30 MVA, with insulation class of F (155°C) or H (180°C), and protection up to IP56.

Varnish

Varnish is a combination of a drying oil, a resin, and a thinner or solvent plus a metal drier to accelerate the drying. After being applied, the film-forming substances in varnishes either harden directly, as soon as the solvent has fully evaporated, or harden after evaporation of the solvent through curing processes. There are many different types of drying oils, including linseed oil, tung oil, and walnut oil that are used in varnishes and the resins can be amber, kauri gum, dammar, copal, rosin (colophony or pine resin), sandarac, balsam, elemi, mastic, and shellac. Varnish also can be created from synthetic resins such as acrylic, alkyd, or polyurethane, and Epoxy. Solvents that are used in varnishes mostly are white spirit, paint thinner, and mineral spirit.
