HDPE Granules

High-density polyethylene (HDPE) is a widely used thermoplastic in the plastics industry due to its excellent balance of mechanical strength, flexibility, low weight, and chemical resistance. The available HDPE granules  , Thanks to their  high density and low branching,  offer great rigidity and tensile strength compared . their  structure give them  superior dimensional stability, low moisture absorption, and notable impact resistance , even at low temperatures .  meanwhile they  have very good chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, alcohols, and saline solutions, making them ideal for applications requiring inert behavior. Additionally, it resists environmental stress cracking and is safe for food contact, which explains its widespread use in consumer product packaging. High-density polyethylene is easily processed through methods like injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, and rotational molding .  the supplied granules can be  used to manufacture rigid packaging, bottles, containers, drums, water and gas pipes, geomembranes, industrial boxes, toys, technical components, and molded parts.

HDPE Irrigation Pipe

HDPE pipes  butt-fused joints eliminate potential leak points, common at 10 to 20 feet with ductile iron pipe, for a zero leak rate. Highly resistant to corrosion and weather, recent studies conclude it will last at least 100 years. Its light weight and flexibility make it easy to install, eliminate the need for fittings required with directional changes, and make it highly suitable for use in earthquake prone areas. The high-strength  of  HDPE pipe walls give it the highest PE pressure rating, outstanding resistance to SCG and increased resistance to rapid crack propagation. The increased working stress rating of high-performance PE 4710 resin material makes it a superior choice over steel or ductile iron pipe, especially for the large diameter pipe sizes.

  •  Must be tough , This toughness means fewer potential leaks and longer life.

HDPE Pipe

HDPE pipes come in various types, each designed for specific applications. The most common types of HDPE pipes include the following.

  • For lower pressure requirements, piping systems can be made using PE 32 or PE 40.
  • PE 63 grade HDPE pipe is used for medium pressure requirements.
  • PE 80-RC is made from a material resistant to crack propagation and used in applications prone to cracking, such as sewage systems and water distribution networks.
  • PE 100-RC: This type is made from a material that is resistant to crack propagation and has a minimum required strength of 100 N/mm2.

According to standards, these pipes are classified based on the pressure-holding capacity, ranging from nominal pressure PN class to PN20, which holds up to 20 bar pressure. You can identify them with their dedicated colour codes- Yellow for PN4, Red for PN6, Blue for PN10, and Green for PN16.

HDPE Spiral Pipe

Spiral PE pipe are manufactured from weather resistant Polyethylene using a unique process by which a specially designed extruded profile strip is spirally wound over a pre-heated and revolving mandrel. Overlap on the edge is fused homogeneously together while it is in the hot plastic state, producing a smooth internal surface. The profile wall thickness is designed according to the ring stiffness required to withstand the loading on the pipe. HDPE Spiral Pipes are manufactured within Ø600 – 3600 mm range and with SR2 – 128 kN/m2 ring rigidity.

According to DIN 16961 standards, 7 different  rigidity classes are defined for HDPE Spiral Pipes. These ring rigidity values are  based on LN/m2 SR that starts from  <2 to ≥ 125 but its possible to manufacture  products in any ring rigidity according to the specific needs of our customers.

Heat Activated Tape

Its excellent bonding strength, smooth finish, and reliable performance make heat activated tape ideal for industrial lamination, packaging, and manufacturing processes. These tapes are available in various types such as paper-based heat activated tape, film heat activated tape, fabric-reinforced tape, and double-sided heat activated tape, this product is engineered for diverse technical requirements. The main components include kraft paper, polyester or polyimide film backings, and thermoplastic or thermosetting adhesive layers that activate at specific temperatures. Heat activated tape is widely used in carton sealing, bookbinding, woodworking, edge banding, textile processing, automotive interiors, electronics assembly, and insulation applications. From a technical standpoint, it offers controlled activation temperature, high shear and peel strength, uniform adhesive flow, clean bonding without solvent emissions, and strong resistance to aging. It performs effectively on materials such as paper, wood, fabrics, foams, plastics, and certain metals.

Heat Resistant Silicon Sealant

Available types include High-Temperature Acetoxy Silicone (up to 250°C), Neutral Cure Heat Resistant Silicone (up to 300°C), Ultra-High-Temperature Silicone (up to 350–380°C), and Industrial-Grade Red RTV Silicone designed for engines, exhaust systems, machinery housings, and thermal insulation components. Specialized formulations include oil-resistant, vibration-resistant, gasket-forming, and electrical-grade heat resistant RTV.

Heat Resistant Silicone Sealants offer excellent adhesion to metals, ceramics, glass, coated steel, aluminum, composites, and many heat-exposed substrates. Low temperature fluidity assists rapid system start-up , Low vapour pressure at elevated temperatures helps minimise evaporation, vapour lock and pump cavitation  and  Efficient low pressure operation avoids the need for expensive high pressure pipe-work and heat exchanger systems.

Heat transfer oils have many applications such as used in various industrial processes like plastic molding, chemical reactions, food processing, asphalt production,  metal heat treating , food processing , petroleum and wax processing where precise temperature control is crucial.
