Industrial Talc Powder

Industrial talc is available in several grades, including micronized talc, lamellar talc, high-whiteness talc, low-iron talc, and polymer-grade talc, each designed to meet specific technical requirements. Powder sizes typically range from 325 mesh (45 µm) to ultra-fine grades below 10 µm, with customized micron sizes available for plastics, coatings, rubber, ceramics, adhesives, and construction materials.

Thanks to its unique plate-like structure, industrial talc offers excellent reinforcement, smoothness, lubricity, and dimensional stability. It enhances stiffness and heat resistance in polypropylene and engineering plastics, improves opacity and barrier properties in paints and coatings, and provides superior anti-blocking and processing behavior in rubber compounds and masterbatches. In ceramics and tiles, talc improves firing behavior and surface finish, while in adhesives and sealants it contributes to rheology control and formulation stability.
