Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate (MDI)
The commercial form of MDI is primarily used to produce polyurethane foams. Methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) is an aromatic diisocyanate. Three isomers are common, varying by the positions of the isocyanate groups around the rings: 2,2′-MDI, 2,4′-MDI, and 4,4′-MDI. The 4,4′ isomer is most widely used, and is also known as 4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate. This isomer is also known as Pure MDI. The majority of MDI is produced and used in a dense viscous liquid form called “polymeric MDI (pMDI)” which contains about 50% wt. of the 4,4’-MDI
MDI is used in the production of polyurethanes for many applications, including the manufacture of rigid polyurethane foams used for insulation in homes, commercial buildings, and appliances (e.g., refrigerators and spas).
Mica Powder
Mica Powder is available in different types such as muscovite mica, phlogopite mica, and synthetic mica, supplied in various particle sizes from coarse flakes to ultra-fine micronized grades. Its main components are alumino-silicate minerals containing potassium, magnesium, and iron, which provide outstanding heat resistance and dielectric strength. Mica powder is extensively used as a functional filler in paints, coatings, plastics, rubber, sealants, and construction materials to improve durability, weather resistance, and surface finish. It is also widely applied in cosmetics, pearlescent pigments, welding electrodes, insulation products, brake linings, and drilling fluids. From a technical standpoint, key parameters include particle size distribution, brightness, aspect ratio, moisture content, electrical resistivity, and thermal stability, all of which influence performance in different end uses.

Mild Steel Heating Radiator For Home
Multiple steels sheets are assembled to form several hollow panels that make up the radiator. Then, the hot water flows into these hollow radiator panels. Mild steel is anti-corrosive, durable and recyclable. And the steel stays warm long after the radiators are turned off. Meanwhile mild steel radiators are cost effective and affordable .
These radiators heat up rapidly and also have significant levels of inertia, which contribute to your home heating. Plus, steel hot water radiators can be fitted with additional elements in order to boost the heat they diffuse into your home via convection. Steel, or ‘mild steel’, can be shaped into all sorts of wild and wonderful styles. They also come in a variety of colors…
Mineral Oil
Mineral oil is a liquid mixture of hydrocarbons obtained from petroleum by intensive treatment with sulphuric and oleum, or by hydrogenation, or a combination, and consisting predominantly of saturated C15-C50 hydrocarbons. Most often, mineral oil is a liquid obtained from refining crude oil to make gasoline and other petroleum products. Mineral oils used for lubrication are known specifically as base oils. More generally, mineral oil is a transparent, colorless oil, composed mainly of alkanes and cycloalkanes, related to petroleum jelly. It has a density of around 0.8–0.87 g/cm3 . Mineral oils selected for a particular lubricant should allow that the lubricant remains fluid over the entire temperature range it may encounter in service. They are categorized into two main groups referred to as MOSH (Mineral Oil Saturated Hydrocarbons) and MOAH (Mineral Oil Aromatic Hydrocarbons).
