Food Stabilizers

Typical uses include preventing oil-water emulsions from separating in products such as salad dressing; preventing ice crystals from forming in frozen food such as ice cream; and preventing fruit from settling in products such as jam, yogurt and jellies. Some of available stabilisers are :
alginate , agar, carrageen , cellulose and cellulose derivatives , gelatin , guar gum , gum Arabic , locust bean gum , pectin , starch , xanthan gum.
Available Stabilizers are produced naturally or artificially and can be derived from various sources such as plant-based, animal-based, or microbial sources. These additives may be used for controlling and preventing phase separation, creating gel-like properties, increasing creaminess, enhancing firmness, reducing flexibility, controlling viscosity, increasing shelf life, controlling appearance and colour, as well as preventing changes in temperature and pH.

Formalin

Its consistent quality and broad usability make it a key raw material across many sectors. Formalin is available in several standard concentrations, typically 37%, 40%, and customized grades with controlled methanol stabilizer content to prevent polymerization. It is extensively used in the production of urea-formaldehyde, phenol-formaldehyde, and melamine-formaldehyde resins, as well as in wood panels, plywood, MDF, textiles, paper treatment, disinfectants, agrochemicals, and pharmaceutical intermediates. Chemically, Formalin consists of formaldehyde dissolved in water with a small percentage of methanol as a stabilizer. Key technical characteristics include high solubility, strong antimicrobial properties, excellent reactivity in condensation reactions, and consistent formaldehyde release. These properties enable efficient bonding, crosslinking, preservation, and synthesis in industrial formulations.

Freezerless Refrigerators

The flexibility of adjustable shelves and compartments allows for customization to fit groceries of various sizes, enhancing your storage strategy and organization. A freezerless refrigerator will  take up only a small amount of space in your living area  and such freezers are cost effective and use less energy .

such refrigerators can be used as a second fridge to store bulk drinks, produce, fresh meats and dairy for big families , since they  gives you  more space and more space means you can keep things neat and easy to find.

Freezie

Freezies come in sealed plastic tubular wrappers and conform to the shape of the wrapper when frozen to serve; as such, they do not need to be stored cold. They also do not need to be frozen as solidly as an ice pop and can have a consistency similar to that of a slushie. Freezies are sold in a variety of flavors, including cherry, orange, lemon-lime, watermelon, cream soda, blue raspberry and grape.

French Door Refrigerator

In these refrigerators freezer part is large and provides  ample space for frozen goods. French door refrigerators are typically wider than side-by-side models, which can be advantageous for storing larger items. French door refrigerators are easy accessible ones since The double doors and drawer design make it easier to reach and access food items, especially those at the back of the refrigerator.

French Door Refrigerator  advantages:

  • Wide shelves and compartments : Easily store items like large paella dishes and long platters with wide refrigerator and freezer compartments.
  • Larger refrigerator capacity : French door vs. side by side refrigerators dedicate more storage space  to the refrigerator instead of the freezer so you can store more fresh foods.
  • Easy access to fresh ingredients : Keep fresh items at eye level so you can quickly find what you need whenever inspiration strikes.

Fresh Mozzarella Cheese

Fresh mozzarella is a fresh cheese made by stretching its cheese curds before rolling them into balls. To keep them fresh, they’re packed in water. Mozzarella is a versatile and delicious cheese with its milky flavor and gooey texture. Commonly used in cooking, especially pizza, because of its excellent melting properties.  The high-moisture version of Mozzarella, typically made from whole milk, has a fresh milk flavor and is sold packed in water. Often used in salads or marinated for an appetizer. Small balls are called Bocconcini.

Fruit Marmalades

Marmalade is rather like a citrus-based jam, with pieces of citrus peel and fruit suspended within the set mixture. marmalade can be made using a wide range of citrus fruits and The process to make marmalade involves boiling the juice and peel of fruits with sugar and water. Typically, marmalade is clearer in colour and has a chunky texture from the pieces of included peel.

Fruit Jams

A source of fiber, fruit jams, especially those made from fruits with their skins, can help improve digestion. Energy source, fruit jam contains sugar that can provide energy.

A good jam should have high fruit content, low sugar content , made from fresh and quality fruits , less artificial flavours and colours and are more sustainable, as they are produced using natural farming methods that help protect the environment

Fruit Jellies

Jelly making

  • Jelly is made by straining the juice of various fruits or vegetables, then sweetening, boiling, and congealing.
  • Pectin, gelatin, or a similar substance is often used to congeal the jelly

jelly characteristics

  • Good jelly is transparent and has a tender texture that can be easily cut with a spoon.
  • It’s firm enough that the angles produced by cutting retain their shape

Furfural

. It is a product of the dehydration of sugars, as occurs in a variety of agricultural byproducts, including corncobs, oat, wheat bran, and sawdust.
Furfural is an important renewable, non-petroleum based, chemical feedstock. It can be converted into a variety of solvents, polymers, fuels and other useful chemicals by a range  of catalytic reduction.
Hydrogenation of furfural provides furfuryl alcohol (FA), which is used to produce furan resins, which are exploited in thermoset polymer matrix composites, cements, adhesives, casting resins and coatings. Further hydrogenation of furfuryl alcohol leads to tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol (THFA), which is used as a solvent in agricultural formulations and as an adjuvant to help herbicides penetrate the leaf structure.

Galvanized Steel Coil

Galvanized steel coil and GI steel coil refer to the same product, which is cold rolled steel sheet coated with zinc. It is  produced by passing cold rolled steel sheet through a molten zinc bath. The end result of this process is a layer of zinc on each side of the steel sheet or coil that is tightly adhered to the steel through the formation of an iron-zinc alloy bonding layer. Applications: It can be used in construction, home appliances, transportation, windows, doors, refrigerators and so on. It can also be further processed for other use as colour coated coil/sheet substrate, steel strip substrate.

Galvanized Steel Pipe

Their ability to resist rust and corrosion makes them durable options for water distribution and structural supports where exposure to moisture is frequent. By employing galvanization, these pipes gain longevity and reliability in external plumbing applications. This coating method also provides a cost-effective layer of protection compared to stainless steel, offering economic advantages while maintaining necessary performance standards in residential water systems.
