Bentonite is also used as a binding agent in the production of iron ore pellets, as well as in the production of cement and concrete. It can improve the strength and durability of these materials. In the cosmetic industry, bentonite is often used in face masks and other skincare products due to its ability to absorb oils and impurities from the skin. It is also used in toothpaste as a natural polishing agent. Bentonite has many other applications as well, such as in the treatment of wastewater, the purification of vegetable oils, and the production of cat litter. It is a versatile and useful material that has many important industrial and commercial uses.

In construction industry Bentonite is used as a waterproofing material in the construction industry. It can be used to seal and waterproof foundations, basements, and other structures.  Bentonite is  also used as an animal feed supplement to bind mycotoxins in feed and as a soil amendment to improve soil structure, water holding capacity, and nutrient retention. In Pharmaceutical industry, Bentonite is used as a binding agent in tablets and capsules, as well as in the production of suspensions and emulsions.

Benzene

Benzene is a colorless liquid with a sweet odor. It evaporates into the air very quickly and dissolves slightly in water. Because it contains only carbon and hydrogen atoms, benzene is classed as a hydrocarbon.

Benzene is a natural constituent of petroleum and is one of the elementary petrochemicals. Due to the cyclic continuous pi bonds between the carbon atoms, benzene is classed as an aromatic hydrocarbon. Benzene is a colorless and highly flammable liquid with a sweet smell, and is partially responsible for the aroma of gasoline.

Many important chemical compounds are derived from benzene by replacing one or more of its hydrogen atoms with another functional group. Examples of simple benzene derivatives are phenol, toluene, and aniline. Linking benzene rings gives biphenyl, C6H5–C6H5. Further loss of hydrogen gives “fused” aromatic hydrocarbons, such as naphthalene, anthracene, phenanthrene, and pyrene.

Bias Truck & Trailer Tires

The production process of bias tires involves overlapping plies of nylon or polyester cords at alternating angles, reinforced by thick rubber layers that give superior sidewall protection and stability under load. Available in a range of types and sizes—from 7.50-16 to 12.00-24—they suit light, medium, and heavy trucks as well as trailer axles. Their load capacities vary from 1,500 kg to over 5,000 kg per tire, depending on design and ply rating. Bias tires are widely used in mining, logging, construction, and long-haul trailer operations where rugged reliability outweighs high-speed performance.

Bib Tap

Bib taps operate by twisting a handle, which rotates a spindle inside the tap. Turning the handle in a counterclockwise direction raises the spindle, allowing water to flow through. A “bib tap” refers to a type of tap that is typically wall-mounted, with a fixed spout, and usually comes in pairs for separate hot and cold water supply, commonly used outdoors or in utility areas; essentially, it’s a simple, basic tap with a distinct outward curve on the handle, allowing for easy turning to control water flow.

Biodegradable Diapers

Biodegradable diapers are made from natural materials such as bamboo, cornstarch, and wood pulp, and are designed to break down more quickly than traditional diapers. Biodegradable diapers are free of harsh chemicals and toxins, making them a safer choice for your baby’s delicate skin. They are also more breathable than traditional diapers, which helps to reduce the risk of diaper rash.

Biodegradable diapers are also more absorbent than traditional diapers, which helps to keep your baby dry and comfortable for longer.

Bitumen

Bitumen is classified in 5 categories as below:

Penetration Grade Bitumen: These grades of bitumen are classified due to their level of hardness. Penetration grades of bitumen are bitumen 30/40, 60/70, 80/100, and 100/120. To identify various grades of penetration bitumen, we enter a standard needle into our sample and see how deep it can go within a given time.

Viscosity Grade Bitumen: These types of bitumen are the result of a highly accurate system of classifying bitumen. After producing bitumen, we test them and measure their level of viscosity. This testing system introduces four VG grades, including VG10, VG20, VG30, and VG40. The higher the number, the harder the bitumen in the viscosity grading system.

Cutback Bitumen: Cutback bitumen is produced by adding solvents to bitumen, in order to decrease the viscosity level. This procedure involves the addition of controlled amounts of petroleum extracts such as kerosene, naphtha, diesel oil, and furnace oil to bitumen. Cutback bitumen doesn’t need heating.

Bituminous Paint

Bituminous paint can be applied to most substrates, including iron and steel structures, metal products, castings, asbestos cement sheet and structural concrete surfaces.  Bituminous paint can provide weather resistance and corrosion resistance to elements. It has good adhesive properties. bituminous coating is used to create vapour-proof protective layer in accordance with its formulation and polymerization standards. Bituminous coating is also called as asphalt coating. Bituminous paint is strong, waterproof, durable and inexpensive. Resists the production of harsh chemicals and ultraviolet light.

Black Masterbatch

Black masterbatch is incredibly versatile and can be used with various types of resins, including polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), and It allows manufacturers to achieve the desired colour intensity and consistency with minimal amounts, reducing overall production costs. Black Masterbatch is extensively used in the packaging industry for producing films, bags, and containers. In the automotive industry, black masterbatch is used to produce various components such as bumpers, dashboards, and interior trims. Its high dispersion quality ensures a smooth and consistent finish, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of vehicles. Black masterbatch is used in the production of construction materials such as pipes, cables, and insulation panels. From household appliances to electronic devices, black masterbatch is used to manufacture a wide range of consumer goods and finally in agriculture, black masterbatch is used in the production of irrigation pipes, greenhouse films, and mulching films.

Black Steel Pipe

Black steel pipe, also known as black iron pipe, is a type of steel pipe that has not been galvanized or coated with zinc. This lack of coating not only keeps costs lower but also allows these pipes to handle high pressures, making them ideal for distributing natural gas and heating systems. In industrial applications, black steel pipes provide robust solutions for firefighting systems. These systems require resilience against high-pressure water flow and potential temperature fluctuations, roles that black pipes perform exceptionally well due to their simple yet strong design.

Black steel pipe sizes are typically defined by a nominal diameter (also known as NPS or NB) and a schedule (SCH), which indicates the wall thickness. Common sizes range from 1/2 inch to 12 inches, but larger and smaller sizes are also available. Schedules like SCH 40 and SCH 80 are common, with higher schedule numbers indicating thicker walls.

Black Tea

The ideal climate of northern Iran creates optimal conditions for tea cultivation, resulting in some of the purest, most natural tea brands in the Persian realm and worldwide.
