Unsaturated Polyester Resin for Marble has strong mechanical performance, polishing ability, and minimal shrinkage, it ensures a glossy, seamless finish similar to natural stone that can be used for producing  artificial marble slabs, onyx bathroom panels, kitchen countertops, decorative wall sheets, vanity tops, shower trays, stair blocks, molded stone basins, and engineered solid-surface construction composites. This resin is widely used in housing projects, interior architectural design, sanitary ware, luxury hotels, and large-volume building material manufacturing. Its Composition typically include orthophthalic or isophthalic UPR base resin, styrene monomer, curing accelerators (Co-Naphthenate, DMA), peroxide initiator (MEKP), thixotropic agents, filler-friendly modifiers, surface gloss improvers, and UV-stability packages. High-quality pigments, calcium carbonate, ATH fillers or silicate mineral blends are commonly dispersed into the resin for desired color, hardness, and translucency.
