Structural Acrylic Adhesives

Their exceptional shear, peel, and tensile strength make them ideal for structural assemblies in automotive, transportation, electronics, appliances, construction, and general industrial manufacturing.

Available grades include two-component structural acrylics, no-mix activator-cure systems, toughened acrylic adhesives, high-temperature grades, rapid-cure formulations, and low-odor or non-flammable variations. Specialty systems such as methyl methacrylate adhesives (MMA), elastic toughened acrylics, and high-gap-filling grades support applications requiring chemical resistance, vibration tolerance, and long-term fatigue durability.

Swamp Cooler

This is known as evaporative cooling. Swamp coolers can cool the air temperature in big or small space by drawing the air through wet pads (some are made of aspen wood) using an electric fan. Swamp coolers work best in dry climates. In low-humidity areas, evaporating water into the air provides a natural and energy-efficient means of cooling. Evaporative coolers, rely on this principle.  By passing outdoor air over water-saturated pads, the water in the pads evaporate and reduces the air temperature. Evaporative coolers are rated by the cubic feet per minute (cfm) of air that they deliver to the house. Most models range from 800 to 25,000 cfm.

Thermoplastic Acrylic Resin

These resins provide outstanding gloss, color retention, UV stability, and resistance to yellowing—ideal for exterior and automotive-grade coatings. Thermoplastic acrylics offers superior clipping resistance, abrasion resistance, and mechanical strength while maintaining excellent clarity and flow behavior. We can manipulate Tg, molecular weight, and softness to design products ranging from hard coatings to flexible film-forming systems with excellent impact resistance. Thermoplastic Acrylic Resins are widely used in road marking paints, industrial maintenance coatings, can & coil coating systems, aerosol & spray paints, metal primers, plastic coatings, printing inks, construction coatings, and traffic safety paints.

Thermoset Acrylic Resin

Thermoset acrylics cure via chemical cross-linking, producing a three-dimensional network with exceptional hardness, UV stability, and solvent resistance. Their balanced molecular structure ensures excellent film formation, fast curing, and long-term surface protection.

Available types include Acrylic-Melamine Systems, Acrylic-Epoxy Thermosets, Acrylic-Polyester Modified Resins, and Self-Crosslinking Thermoset Acrylics. Each type offers tailored performance for specific industrial processes such as automotive refinish, coil coating, appliance enamel, and high-gloss protective layers. Thermoset acrylic resins are widely used in architectural coatings, powder coatings, wood coatings, automotive clearcoats, metal packaging protection, and corrosion-resistant primers.

UV Cure Acrylic Resin

They offer outstanding scratch resistance, chemical durability, surface hardness, and high gloss retention while maintaining excellent transparency and leveling. Formulated for eco-friendly coatings, UV-cured acrylic systems contain little to zero VOC, support 100% solid formulations, and deliver exceptional productivity in continuous industrial processes. Their rapid curing chemistry produces dense cross-linked polymer networks with superior abrasion resistance, solvent resistance, and thermal stability. Resin grades can be tailored for flexibility, hardness, adhesion, matte or gloss finish, depending on end-use requirements. They are ideal for companies aiming to improve throughput, reduce energy usage, and achieve premium surface performance in modern UV-curable coating and ink technologies.

Water Base Acrylic Resin

Water-borne acrylic systems provide outstanding adhesion to concrete, metal, wood, plastic, and composite surfaces, supported by strong UV resistance, color retention, and crack-resistance. Their fast drying performance, low surface tack, and high gloss potential make them ideal for interior and exterior water-borne paints, protective coatings, and decorative emulsions. The polymer network ensures long-term durability against moisture, alkali, abrasion, and chemical exposure. Water-Based Acrylic Resins are widely used in architectural wall paints, emulsion coatings, water-reducible industrial enamels, wood & parquet coatings, road marking paints, flexible roof coatings, plastic & metal primers, and water-borne printing inks.

Water Based Acrylic Adhesives

Available types include pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesives (PSA), laminating adhesives, heat-seal grades, label adhesives, packaging adhesives, woodworking grades, and specialty formulations for construction and automotive interior applications. Enhanced grades such as high-tack, removable, repositionable, deep-freeze resistant, UV-resistant, and high-temperature acrylic systems support diverse industrial requirements and converting processes. Their low-VOC profile and non-flammable nature make them ideal for modern manufacturing lines seeking safer and greener adhesive technologies. Key advantages of water-based acrylic adhesives include outstanding aging resistance, excellent transparency, superior UV stability, and strong cohesive strength.
