Pipe Grade Polyethylene Compound

Pipe-Grade Polyethylene (PE) Compound is a high-performance polymer engineered to produce pressure pipes, gas distribution lines, potable water networks, sewage systems, and industrial fluid transport systems. These compounds are formulated to provide exceptional strength, stress-crack resistance, flexibility, and long-term durability under harsh operating conditions.

A full range of pipe-grade PE compounds including PE80, PE100, PE100RC, and PE4710 can be supplied that each one is engineered for specific pressure ratings and environmental performance. Additional specialty grades include UV-stabilized PE compounds, black masterbatch-rich pipe compounds, corrugated pipe compounds, sewer/drainpipe PE, and high-temperature pipe grades. These materials support applications in drinking-water networks, natural gas pipelines, agricultural irrigation systems, telecom ducts, industrial chemical transfer lines, and large-diameter infrastructure piping. They offer stable extrusion flow, smooth pipe surface finish, exceptional weldability, and long-term hydrostatic strength.

The production process uses advanced twin-screw compounding technology, combining high-purity HDPE/MDPE base resins with antioxidants, UV stabilizers, carbon black, processing aids to ensure outstanding pipe performance. The formulation is filtered through fine-mesh screens to guarantee consistency, eliminate contamination, and maintain uniform pellet dimensions. The supplied compounds can assure long service life, strong resistance to chemicals and abrasion, low maintenance costs and compliance with global pipe standards such as ISO 4427, ISO 4437, ASTM, EN, and DIN.
