Phosphate Powder

Phosphate Powder is available in different grades based on P₂O₅ content, fineness, and impurity levels, including fertilizer grade, chemical grade, and industrial grade materials. It is mainly composed of calcium phosphate minerals, with controlled amounts of calcium carbonate, silica, alumina, iron oxides, and trace elements. Phosphate powder is extensively used in the production of phosphoric acid, mono- and diammonium phosphate fertilizers, compound fertilizers, and specialty phosphates. Industrial applications include animal feed phosphates, detergents, water treatment chemicals, metal surface treatment, ceramics, glass, and certain flame-retardant formulations. From a technical standpoint, important parameters include P₂O₅ percentage, particle size distribution, moisture content, CaO/P₂O₅ ratio, solubility, and impurity control, all of which directly influence processing efficiency and final product quality.
