Phosphate Lump

Phosphate Lump is available in different grades based on P₂O₅ content, typically ranging from medium to high-grade deposits suitable for beneficiation and processing. It mainly consists of calcium phosphate minerals, along with associated components such as calcium carbonate, silica, alumina, iron oxides, and trace elements. Phosphate lump is primarily used as the feedstock for producing phosphoric acid, single and triple superphosphate fertilizers, ammonium phosphates, and various industrial phosphates. Additional applications include use in animal feed supplements after processing, detergents, water treatment chemicals, metal surface treatment, and certain ceramic and glass formulations. From a technical standpoint, key quality parameters include P₂O₅ percentage, CaO/P₂O₅ ratio, moisture content, particle size distribution, and impurity levels, all of which directly affect downstream processing efficiency.
