Tin Powder

Tin Powder is available in different purity grades and particle size distributions, ranging from fine micronized powders to coarser grades for metallurgical use. It is composed primarily of elemental tin (Sn), typically with purity levels of 99.5%, 99.8%, and 99.9%, depending on application requirements. Tin powder is extensively used in solder pastes and solder alloys, electronics and PCB manufacturing, powder metallurgy, and chemical catalysts. It is also applied in surface coatings, anti-corrosion treatments, bearing alloys, and friction materials, as well as in the production of bronze and other copper-based alloys. Due to its low oxidation tendency and good flow characteristics, tin powder ensures uniform melting, strong bonding, and consistent performance in precision applications.
