Microporous Basic Water Filter

Manufactured from high-quality polymers such as polypropylene (PP), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and polyethersulfone (PES), these filters feature pore sizes ranging from 0.1 to 5 microns, depending on the application. They come in various types — pleated, melt-blown, string-wound, and membrane-style — and in standard sizes like 5”, 10”, 20”, and 30” cartridges. Their chemical composition offers excellent resistance to acids, bases, and organic solvents, making them ideal for both potable and process water systems. Key specifications include an operating pressure up to 125 psi, a temperature range of 5–80°C, and a flow rate capacity of up to 10 liters per minute, with filtration efficiency exceeding 99.9%.
