General-purpose grades are suitable for standard indoor sealing applications, while flexible and modified grades are designed for applications requiring better movement capability and improved environmental resistance. These sealants are widely used for sealing joints around windows and doors, wall cracks, ceiling gaps, concrete structures, gypsum boards, wood surfaces, PVC profiles, aluminum frames, and other porous construction materials.
